Fee is payable quarterly as per the schedule given :

• Quarter : April – June
• Quarter : July - September
• Quarter : October – December
• Quarter : January - March

Note:
« Annual Charges are to be deposited in the 1 month of the 1 quarter i.e. in the month of April.

«Fee card is given to the parents in the beginning of the session. There after no fee card is sent by the school. Non-receipt of the intimation/ reminder is not an excuse for delay in the payment and exemption of late fee.

«School fee will be accepted with FEE CARD only.

«Duplicate fee card will be issued on payment of Rs. 50/- st th «School fee is payable from 1 to 10 in first month of every quarter starting form 01 April, 01 July, October and 01 January.

«For fee paid after the last date of every quarter, a late fee of Rs. 10/- per day will be levied. This fine will not be waived under any circumstances.

«If 10 happens to be a holiday, the fee will be accepted on the next working day without any late fee charges.

« If fee is paid by cheque & it gets dishonoured for any reason, parents will have to pay on additional charge of Rs. 500/- along with the late fee charges.

«If the tuition fee for two consecutive months remain unpaid, your ward's name will be struck off the school rolls and re-admission will have to be sought on payment of admission fee again, subject to availability of the seats.

« All the dues must be cleared before 15 days of the commencement of the annual examination.

«The school office shall remain open during the summer, autumn & winter vacations.

«Brother / Sister concession form must be submitted before 10 April, failing which the concession will not be granted.
