Code of Conduct - School Conveyavce
Parents, please observe rules & regulations for your own comfort & that of other commuters.
- Learner to be punctual and to arrive at the designated point five minutes in advance of the allotted time, wearing your ID card & in the company of an adult who is known to the person in-charge of the transport.
- Learners to take their seat properly and stay in it for the duration of the journey without putting their arms out of the window. Do not shout, throw objects or run in the conveyance.
- Learners to refrain from littering the bus. The drivers and assistants have responsible duties to do and cannot halt the transport to check learner for unacceptable behaviour.
- When learners are dropped off after school at the designated point, learners should be received by a responsible adult known to the bus supervisor. Otherwise, learners will be brought back to school.
- In case an existing user of conveyance facility wants to change to another route, the same would be done subject to request made six weeks prior to the proposed date of change.
- The school transport fee is payable quarterly as per the fee payment schedule mentioned.
- If the transport fee of the learner is due for the period of more than 1 month, the conveyance facility shall be stopped without any intimation and the late fee of Rs. 150/- shall be charged before availing of transport facility again.
- Request of parents to permit s to go back from school in some other conveyance to relative's homes will not be entertained.
- Parents are expected to treat the conveyance staff with courtesy.
- It will be the sole responsibility of the parents to escort the learners to & fro from the fixed stops.
