The aim of the school is to impart its pupils, a sound moral education paying special attention to their intellectual development and inculcation of a strong civic sense that will prepare them for the appropriate pioneership in the society to which they belong. It is earnestly desired that there must be maximum co-operation between the parents and school authorities. We, therefore, recommend that :

• Parents or Guardians should look into their ward's journal. All remarks & circulars entered in the diary, regarding their open house, conduct, irregularity in home-work and progress in studies, must be carefully noted and counter-signed regularly.
• Parents must help the to observe basic habits of cleanliness, especially in the use of the toilets, daily bath, trimming nails, hair cut etc.
• Parents are earnestly requested to acknowledge the open house circular & attend the same to discuss with the class teachers, the progress of their wards and the means to be adopted to make up their deficiency in studies if any.
• Withdrawal of the ward from the class, for mere social function is not recommended, because it hampers the 's progress in the school and minimizes regular class work, with consequent failure to progress in his/her studies.
• As the medium of instruction in this school is ENGLISH, learners should be encouraged to converse in English at home.
• We must ensure not to make any critical or derogatory remark on school, teachers or teaching methodology. However in case of any query the parents are requested to contact the incharge through the office.
• Parents should send the to school at least five minutes before the school assembly and collect him/her from the school in time, if they are coming on foot/in their own conveyance. The will not be handed over to parent without Relieving Card.
• Parents should send their ward in the prescribed school uniform which should be neat, clean, tidy and well ironed. They must bring their handkerchiefs everyday. Boys and girls with short hair must take hair cut regularly.
• The learner not coming in proper school uniform on the pretext of nonavailability of the uniform (washed / gone for ironing) shall not be entertained
• Parents must come alongwith the at the assigned stand in time in the morning and collect him/her from the assigned stand in time in the afternoon, failing to do so, children will be brought back to the school.
• Appointment with the doctors/ specialists must not be taken during school hours.
• Parents should avoid sending any money for fees etc. with their ward.
• In case of a change in the residential address or contact number, an intimation to the school office and the class teacher must be given immediately.
• All the practice worksheet should be kept with the parents in a file. Do not sent them back to school unless asked for.
• The learners will not be relieved over from the school in any case of emergency without the authority letter from the parents.
• Attendance on the last day before the vacations & on the 1st day after the vacations is a must.
• No shall be relieved before the school time is over, however in emergency, a prior written application must be submitted in the office.
• It is mandatory for the learners to participate in the Annual Function, the fee for which shall be intimated later on.
• Any type of misconduct towards the teaching / non teaching staff by the parents and guardians, shall make the school authorities liable to take legal action.
